No. You cannot earn a reward for a game you have played previously.

If you have not been credited for your earnings within 24 hours of completing an offer, please contact Customer Support at our support button near FAQ or helpdesk@besitoscorp.com with details about the offer that you completed. We will investigate.

We use tracking to monitor your progress on games so we can reward you appropriately. Not only do you need to turn on tracking before starting a game, but you also need to leave it on so we can confirm you have met the goals.

Tracking on your mobile device is the ability of an app to track what you are doing on your phone. This can include things like websites, app activity, and location. We use tracking only to monitor your progress of meeting the goals in the games.

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Turn ON "Allow Apps to Request to Track". When you open up the app you want to allow tracking on, you should get a prompt asking if you want to allow that app to track your data. Hit "Allow," and we will be able to track your progress through the game!

1. Open Google Chrome on your Android Device
2. At the right of the address bar (top right corner on PC, bottom right corner on mobile), hit More (three dots) > Settings
3. Click on Privacy & Security
4. Click on Send a "Do Not Track" Request
5. Turn the setting OFF. Note: It sounds backwards to be turning this setting off, but we promise this is correct!

Go to the "In Progress" section of your account. If tracking is working, you will see your game listed. Once you reach your first-tier reward, you should see your reward. If you don't see your game or offer in the "In Progress" section, don't continue to invest time in the game. Stop playing. Contact Customer Support at helpdesk@besitoscorp.com.

We know that tracking creates privacy concerns for users. We want to be completely transparent about how we use your information. The number one reason we ask you to turn on tracking is to track your progress on games and offers. As a result, when you complete the corresponding level in a game, you get your cash reward. In this instance, the information we track and use is related to the game level you are on or the offer you have downloaded on your phone. We may use other forms of your data in other ways, such as location, age, or gender-based data. We use this data for advertising and targeting purposes for games. We also note things like your phone’s IP address to ensure that one person is not creating multiple accounts. (Remember, cheating is not allowed!)
